Tasting Notes :
Beautiful red colour. Notes of red fruit with vanilla. Oak is well integrated. Long and aromatic finish. A mature wine.

Awards: Bronze Medal concourse regional des vins d Aquitaine, Bordeaux rouge.

Grape varieties: The combination 50%Merlot.45%Cabernet sauvignon, 5%cabernet franc grapes from Bordeaux region of France.
Vinification : Fermentation in steel and cement vats at controlled temperature, maceration of 4 weeks, 12 months ageing in barrels (oak barrels : 32% new oak, 48% of one year old oak  and 20% of 2 years old oak).
Serve: Best served at room temperature (16-18C) and can be enjoyed on its own, or with Red meat and cheese.
