Vintage=2004 Tasting Notes : Grape varieties: The combination 50%Merlot.40%Cabarnet sauvignon, 10%Cabernet franc grapes from Bordeaux region of France.
Vinification : fermentation in stainless steel vat at controlled low temperature, short maceration (36 h), cold treatment, sterile filtering.
Serve: Best served at room temperature (16-18c) and can be enjoyed on its own or meat, poultry and cheese.
