Tasting Notes :
Beautiful red colour. Notes of red fruit with vanilla. Oak is well integrated. Long and aromatic finish. A mature wine.

Grape varieties: The combination 50%Merlot.40%Cabarnet sauvignon, 10%Cabernet franc grapes from Bordeaux region of France.
Vinification : fermentation in stainless steel vat at controlled low temperature, short maceration (36 h), cold treatment, sterile filtering.
Serve: Best served at room temperature (16-18c) and can be enjoyed on its own or meat, poultry and cheese.
Total Production: 40.000 bottles.
