Tasting Notes : Deep ruby colour. Very complex nose with ripe fruits (red fruits) and smoky notes. A full bodied wine with an intense fruit finish. Still developing.
Grape varieties: the combination 40% Merlot, 42% cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Cabernet Franc grapes from Bordeaux region of France. Vinification: Fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature (max. 30°), long maceration (4 weeks), 12 month ageing in barrels (oak-barrels : 23% new oak, 54% of one and33% of two year old oak), fining with fresh egg white. Serve: Best served at room temperature (16-18) It can be enjoyed on its own or steak, roast meat and cheese. Total Production: 146.000 bottles
