Very aromatic bouquet with citrus fruit notes (lemon). Good roundness in the mouth with a very aromatic finish.
Grape varieties: The combination 60 % Sauvignon, 20%Semillon, 20% Muscadelle grapes.
Serve: Serve chilled the ideal accompaniment to wide range of dishes including seafood, poultry, white meats, salad and pasta.
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel vat at controlled low temperature, cold treatment, sterile filtering.
